There are some ophthalmology videos on Youtube but Eyetube rocks in comparison!
Eyetube features a wide collection of video tutorials, especially on eye surgery, regarding the cataract, cornea, glaucoma, laser vision correction, oculoplastics, refractive IOL and retina. Excellent symposia are also offered.
For example I've just finished watching a magistralis tutorial on the capsulorhexis procedure in cataract surgery. Probably without Eyetube only ophthalmology residents would have had the chance to see such procedures.
