Physicians aren't prescribing enough exercise

Although the proper exercise can help people deal with and alleviate chronic neck and back pain, a new study shows that health professionals may not be prescribing it as often as they should.

It really doesn't always have to be a drug to kill the pain. Unfortunately the benefits of exercise aren't in our knowledge fundamentals... But if even physicians fail to "prescribe" it, I don't know if we are doing the best in prevention and treatment of this kind of problems.
