What I have noticed and appreciated immediately is the new layout for medical conditions which makes information more quickly accessible though a "presentation - workup - treatment - medication - followup" bar and an ancillary sidebar menu on the left.
Search now offers automated results while typing classified in drugs, conditions and procedures.
Also the medical students community page is better organized and presented.
